Outdoor Styles
Last December while I was in Christchurch, I caught up with Reuben Williams a web developer who created the site outdoorstyles.co.nz. New Zealand has some great outdoor music festivals but they are in danger of becoming a thing of the past due to poor attendance and lack of funding. Reuben felt it was a shame to see attendance dropping at these events, and decided to do something about it. Using his talent for web programming, he created a site unlike any other NewZealand events website, a site dedicated to promoting outdoor festivals. I asked Reuben how copyright affects the site, and how and why he started incorporating the Creative Commons licenses there.
